1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
Cats or Dogs (non-aggressive breeds only). No exotic.
2. How many pets may I have?
Two. Maximum combined weight cannot exceed 75 lbs.
3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
$350 non-refundable pet fee.
4. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, less damages.
5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, but termination fees apply.
6. What utilities are included in my lease?
Cold water, sewer, and trash included.
7. How long is the term of the lease?
12-months.
8. Do you accept leases for short terms?
No.
9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call the management office or after hours emergency number.
10. When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Late charges are assessed on the 11th.
12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
No. We are unable to accept credit card payments at this time.
13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
There is a rent drop box for after hours payments.
14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
No, they must fill out an application and be added to the lease.
15. Do you have reserved parking?
At Dogwood Yes. At Hamden No.
16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In a parking space or in front of your car.
17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes. Please notify the office.
18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
No.
19. Do you have cable services?
Yes, Comcast Cable.
20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
